Will Lance Briggs end up in San Francisco?

Contract talks between Briggs and the Bears are at a standstill. Reports say Briggs is in search of a contract guaranteeing him $20 million. he isn't going to get that in Chicago. San Francisco and Washington appear to be the front runners to land Briggs.
