49ers Close to Deal with Foster

Reportedly, DeShaun Foster is close to signing with the 49ers. The deal should get done before the real free agent period begins. Foster can sign because he was cut. He will compete with Michael Robinson and Maurice Hicks to add depth behind Frank Gore
